Watch your vision recover after using this oil mixture

Essential oils, also known as volatile oils, are aromatic liquids obtained from plants, seeds, bushes, roots, trees, and flowers.  It is worth mentioning that they are much more powerful than dried herbs.

Make sure you use therapeutic grade essential oil, which is the one that is complete in its chemical compounds and has its innate coherent vibrational frequency of the original plants preserved.  This is very important as the oil`s therapeutic effects are attributed to the frequency, chemistry, and fragrance of the oil.

We have all heard that eating carrot helps improve eyesight, but it has been also found that certain essential oils also improve vision and enhance the appearance of the eyes.

Back in the 1997, a doctor named Terry Friedmann removed his need for glasses by applying juniper and sandalwood on the areas around his eyes, just above the eyebrows and onto the cheeks. Even though he took supplements too, his improvement is mostly to the use of these oils.

As reported by Dr. Axe  “Frankincense oil has been demonstrated to improve eyesight, helichrysum oil improves vision and supports nerve tissue and cypress essential oil improve circulation which can improve macular degeneration.
Apply 3 drops of any of these essential oils 2 times a day on cheeks and lateral eye area but do not put directly into eyes.”

Lavender, Peppermint, and Helichrysum essential oils work wonders for blurred vision.  They should be applied around the eyes, making sure the oils don’t get anywhere near them.


This oils works as antiseptic, antispasmodic, diuretic, homeostatic, hepatic, and astringent agent as well as respiratory tonic.  In addition to these benefits, it can he used in the treatment of diarrhea, asthma, bronchitis, varicose veins, cellulite, etc.   It also improves circulation and strengthens the capillaries.


Frankincense oil is obtained from the resin the Boswellia carterii or Boswellia sacara tree and is widely known for its health benefits. It relieves stress, fights anxiety, works as natural deodorant,   prevents dental issues, relieves digestive issues, remove skin issues, etc.  It also reduces inflammation and helps remove fine lines and wrinkles around the eyes.


Lavender is one of the most versatile oils and it can be used for many different purposes, such as making a DIY air freshener,  using it as massage oil,  creating a nice and relaxing spa,  making a body scrub, etc. Lavender oil is known to soothe the skin and promote tissue revitalization.


Lemongrass works as potent analgesic, antidepressant, diuretic, fungicidal, anti-microbial, anti-bacterial, carminative, antiseptic, astringent and anti-pyretic agent.  It is known to strengthen vascular walls, dilate blood vessels, improve circulation, and promote lymph flow, too.


The numerous health benefits of sandalwood essential oil are attributed to its carminative, sedative, diuretic, disinfectant, antiseptic, antispasmodic, astringent, emollient, and anti-inflammatory properties.  It also effectively improves circulation and provides proper hydration to the skin.


Apply them around the eyes, never putting them IN the eyes as this may be painful! Flush it out right away in case it gets in the eye.  To get them out easily, you can also use some carrier oil like almond, coconut, or olive oil.
