Cream Cheese Pancakes

If you want to be fit, but eat delicious foods as well, these savory low-oath pancakes are sure to hit that sweet spot.

What you will need:

  • 2 oz. cream cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp Stevia

Blend all the ingredients in a blender until smooth.
Use a ladle to pour batter onto a hot non-stick pan. If you don’t have a non-stick pan, use coconut oil. Cook until golden, then flip and repeat on the other side. Do this with the rest of the batter.
Serve with fresh fruit and honey.

What you will need:

  • 1 cup Kale
  • 1/2 cup pineapple
  • 1/2 cup coconut water
  • 1/2 cup ice
  • 1 tbsp. lime juice

All you need to do is place all the ingredients into a blender, or magic bullet, until smooth.

Butternut Squash Soup

Eating healthy doesn’t mean eating salads and meat all day, every day. This recipe is for those who enjoy a warm, hearty soup.

What you’ll need:

  • 1 large butternut squash
  • 1 cup of white onion
  • 2 carrots, grated
  • 2 tbsps. olive oil
  • 3 cups chicken stock
  • 1 tbsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 tbsp. cumin
  • 1/2 tbsp. salt
  • 1 tbsp. chili powder

Set your oven to 400 degrees. While oven is preheating, cut the butternut squash in halves and place in a bakina dish. Cover squash in olive oil. then place in oven for 45 minutes to 1 hour. As the squash is roastina.
